- In this luminous Landscape
Painting, "Cornstalks at dusk" an original oil on panel,
I was making my second attempt to work on the beauty of a few
lost cornstalks huddling in the last light of the day in an arrangment
that offers simplicity to the eye and a sense of calm over the
land as the encroachment of the heavens above with moon are starting
to appear with a few stars as accompanyment.

- I am tempted to say
I've been trying to use simplicity more and more in the arrangment
of my paintings as the world seems to be getting more and more
complex. Yes finding Peace in a painting would be pleasing to
the spirit.
