Surface Texture Details |
|
Surface Texture Details of a painting are part of what makes
an artwork interesting, so I make an attempt to show them in
this manner in order to give an interested viewer a look at the
textures of the painted surface. This painting has both smooth
areas and impasto areas that purposefully catch light. The varnish
has a certain sheen but is not glassy or wet looking. I hope
the above photograph will give you a better understanding of
what the surface of this painting actually looks like. |
