How does the "McMillan Handlebar Simulator" work ?

Is the "McMillan Handlebar Simulator" unit compatable with TT 2 AND TT 3?
-- TT 1 is my favorite, the T T #1 Game Settings are a "Snap to Set-Up" in the Gameplay. Plug and Play!!!!!!!
-- TT 2 requires unit Mechanical throttle adjustment for a proper set up, I have less than 10 hours on the TT 2.
-- TT 2 the settings are more complicated and the bikes handle differently.
-- I love the TT 3, it is a must have from its "Out of this World Graphics" to a "Free Range Ride" around the Isle of Man island and more. Set up and get to racing is pretty darn good. TT 3 bikes handle a bit simular to TT 1.
-- I am happy to report that the "McMillan Handlebar Simulator" works perfectly on TT 1 and TT 3 and needs no adjustments at all when switching from TT 1 to TT 3 games.
-- I look forward to racing the TT3.

Is the "McMillan Handlebar Simulator" unit compatable a Playstation 4, or 5 Console or a PC?
-- Yes, 100% compatable with Playstation 4 which is my all around favorite for the Unit / TT 1. Reasonably priced, Always works!
-- Yes, 100% compatable with Playstation 4 Pro but the PS Pro version does not play a PS4 TT 1 disk the same?
-- Yes, 100% compatable with Playstation 5 faster loading SSD, better graphic. Ps5 doesn't play Ps4 games same as a Playstation 4.
-- Yes, 100% compatable with a PC which offer the Max in CPU speed, Graphic GPU speed, and Memory etc.

-- Reccomendation: use a gaming PC to play / race the TT 1, and I am a Steam user!
